Ed serves as Director of Loan Originations at Revere Capital, with a focus on sourcing, originating and underwriting real and financial asset based loans, in the $10M-$40M size range. His prior experience includes stints in investment banking with Salomon Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, and Bryant Park Capital, primarily focused on advising in M&A and restructuring transactions in a range of industries and transaction types, including cash and stock mergers, LBOs, restructurings and reorganizations; as well as IPOs, follow-on offerings and debt placements such as ABL revolving credit facilities and senior & subordinated term loans. After serving as an investment banking advisor for seven years, he managed liquid credit portfolios at Reservoir Capital and Harbert Management, where he also served on numerous Ad Hoc and Official Creditor/Bondholder and Equityholder Committees for numerous Chapter 11 reorganizations/restructurings.
Ed graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with an AB in English Literature and received a JD from Harvard Law School. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 24 79 & 63 Licenses.
